Punta Cana gave me the freedom to reinvent.
In 2021, I faced the battle of my life.
Cancer has a way of stripping away the distractions and forcing you to confront the questions you've spent years postponing.
It reminds you that time is finite.
That success is not the same as significance.
That someday, every one of us must answer for how we chose to live the life we were given.
Surviving cancer didn't give me all the answers.
- But it gave me something just as valuable.
- A second chance.
- Golf became more than a game.
It became a teacher.
Punta Cana became more than a destination.
It became the place where I intentionally chose to begin the next chapter of my life.
I'm not here because I've figured life out.
I'm here because, like so many others, I'm still searching.
For most of my life, I did what many of us are taught to do.
Work hard.
Build a career.
Start businesses.
Provide for my family.
Pursue success.
And while I was grateful for every opportunity along the way, I eventually realized something that no accomplishment could answer.
The questions that matter most are not about what we own, what we earn, or even what we achieve.
They're about who we are.
Why we're here.
How we should live.
And what kind of legacy we leave behind.
Those questions changed me.
They ultimately inspired me to launch Create Grow Expand—not simply as a company, but as the next chapter of my life.
A place where I could openly explore the timeless questions that shape us while inviting others to walk that journey alongside me.
I don't pretend to have all the answers.
But I believe there is great value in asking better questions.
Professional Background
My Journey
Professionally, I've spent more than three decades building businesses, managing real estate portfolios, leading teams, and helping property owners maximize the value of their investments.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of serving as a licensed real estate broker, property manager, investor, planning commissioner, banking professional, and business owner. I've overseen multimillion-dollar assets, led complex real estate operations, and worked with individuals, families, investors, and organizations seeking to build long-term value.
Those experiences taught me a great deal about business.
But life has taught me even more.
I've learned that success without purpose eventually feels empty.
That time is more valuable than money.
That relationships matter more than possessions.
And that wisdom is often found in the quiet moments when we're willing to slow down and reflect.

Why Punta Cana?
People often assume I moved to Punta Cana because of the beaches, the golf, or the tropical lifestyle.
While those things are certainly part of what makes this place special, they weren't the real reason.
I came here because I wanted to create space.
Space to think.
Space to write.
Space to build.
Space to intentionally design the next chapter of my life.
Punta Cana became more than a destination.
It became the backdrop for a personal reset.
Today, it's also the place where I invite others to experience their own.
